We are thrilled to announce that Chef Randall will be joining Caples Lake Resort this summer as our new Executive Chef. With over 25 years of culinary experience across some of the most vibrant food cities in the U.S.—including Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and Chicago—Chef Randall brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to our kitchen.

As the founder of Dolce Vita Private Chefs, established in 2018, Chef Randall has built a reputation for delivering exceptional dining experiences. His culinary style is a harmonious blend of Latin, Italian, French, and California cuisines, all crafted with a commitment to freshness and sustainability. Notably, he sources 80% of his ingredients from within 60 miles of Sacramento, ensuring that each dish celebrates the rich bounty of our local region .

 

Chef Randall's passion for farm-to-table dining and his dedication to seasonal ingredients align perfectly with our resort's values. Whether you're enjoying a casual lakeside lunch or an elegant evening meal, you can look forward to menus that are both innovative and rooted in tradition.
