We want to take a moment to share some bittersweet news with our Caples Lake Resort community: our beloved Chef Peter has decided to pursue an exciting new opportunity. While we will truly miss his creativity, leadership, and the incredible dishes he brought to life in our kitchen, we are grateful for the time, passion, and talent he shared with us.

Since we opened our doors, Chef Peter has played a key role in shaping the exceptional dining experience our guests have come to know and love. His presence will be missed both behind the scenes and in the warm connections he fostered with our team and guests alike.

As we turn the page, we are equally excited to announce that we will soon be introducing a new chef who shares our commitment to excellence and hospitality. The culinary experience at Caples Lake Resort will continue to reflect the same high standards, thoughtful flavors, and welcoming atmosphere that have become our signature.
