2nd Annual Successful Kids' Fishing Day at Caples Lake Resort

We are grateful to all who attended our 2nd annual Kids' Fishing Day at Caples Lake Resort. The event was a great success, bringing plenty of joy and successful fishing endeavors!

The day kicked off with Alpine County Fish & Game releasing 1,800 lbs of fish into the lake. With 50 children joining us, it was a day filled with excitement. The kids had a blast fishing from both the shore and the dock, each one aiming to catch the biggest fish!

Thanks to the generous donations from Alpine County, Caples Lake Resort, Kirkwood ski Resort and additional sponsors we were able to offer raffle prizes and serve up hot dogs to keep everyone energized for the fishing adventure!
