RESERVATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS: Full amount payable by credit card.
RESERVATIONS BEFORE 30 DAYS: Deposit of 2 days or 50% of stay greater than 4 days due within 5 days by check and remaining balance due by check 30 days before arrival. Any deposit or payment shall include 10% Alpine County Occupancy Tax.
CANCELLATIONS are subject to a $50.00 accounting fee. With less than 4 weeks notice, a credit for future lodging will be subject to re-rental of reserved lodging. Any reserved lodging not re-rented monies will be retained!.
ROAD CLOSURES: If Highway 88, 50 or 80 is open - NO REFUND
TOWEL CHANGES 3rd & 5th day of stay.
